What was the highlight of EN Hotel Shibuya
Wonderful
Great location. We booked the Standard Twin Room and it was quite spacious. Had plenty of room for two large and two carry on suitcases to be opened at the same time. Made packing very easy with all the stuff we bought.
The bathroom has a glass door and windows that can be covered with blinds and shades but it doesn’t completely cover the window. There are still small gaps on the sides that could still allow someone on the outside to look in. It didn’t matter to us as we are a couple but just something to be mindful of.

It close to the train station so good for us
The staff is very friendly and nice. They tried to help us open the window since our room was hot and to fix the internet since we don't have good signal at all.
our room number 305 the internet router never working for all of the 4 nights that we stayed and staff came in and tried to fix it but never work. The room is kinda hot so staff told us that they can come in to open the window for us and it was so noisy since every night we can hear the people singing karaoke next building until 3am so we have to close the window but we can still heard a little bit but then we feel hot. They told us that we can not turn on the AC it will make the room even warmer.

Great location, lovely staff
Even though our room was not near the elevator you could hear it going all the time. The rooms were not sound proof at all
